Austin and Devon met at McGill University; Kyle joined them in Montreal soon thereafter. They began playing music together in early 2009 following a series of life-threatening musical experiments. Their first recording, Understory, was released in September 2009. Their first full-length, The Turquoise, was released in April 2010. The trio plans to continue writing in the third-person.
